Contract, Floor Plans and Architectural reviews....

The contract was signed back at the beggining of April. We decided after an internal negotiation to wait for the development to finish the last street in the subdivision which would mean a couple month delay, but a MUCH bigger lot and a playset in the backyard for the kids! Although I'll admit I wasn't thrilled with the idea of waiting, it turns out Alan WAS right! Who would have thought?! There is now a house on lot I originally wanted and there isn't much of a backyard at all. Good job Alan.
